Your Role in a Nutshell

The Paid Ads strategist will work closely with our BoomerangFX Grow digital marketing team, consisting of Landing Page Designers and Account Managers. You will be a crucial part of the team that is eager to deliver high impact digital advertising solutions to our clients. You will help them succeed by strategizing and overcoming concerns to ensure success on our client related campaigns. You are result driven, highly experienced in Paid ads and able to comprehend the broader business goals required for the team to reach their targets. You will help to deliver robust digital advertising to our clients (private healthcare practices) with attracting high quality consistent leads at the lowest possible cost per lead.

Scope of duties

  • Experience in Google Ads management, automated bidding, ML/AI, tracking, reporting and tactics for improvement
  • 3+ years of Google Ads (primary), Facebook and Remarketing
  • Preference to Lead Generation, not e-commerce, and proven quantitative results, e.g., 50% decrease in CPL, 25% higher conversion rates
  • Experience with A/B testing is required
  • Proven experience using Facebook ads for B2C within healthcare industry
  • Experience with programmatic ad placements and running brand campaigns is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage promotional deadlines, approvals, and pending tasks
  • Knowledge and appreciation of the cosmetic industry
  • Ability to create and optimize digital assets (text ads, responsive display ads and video ads) using templates
  • Proven success in driving quality B2C traffic, increasing consumer interest and growing revenue for clients.
  • Balancing a portfolio of clients across multiple platforms while maintaining budget thresholds
  • Basic understanding of online medical policies, copyright, and privacy laws
  • Finalize and expand templates as required for new client onboarding
  • Monitor KPI performance frequently to lead the necessary optimizations and account performance
  • Collaborate your experience and ideas across a team of specialists
  • Grow revenue through lead generation at the lowest cost-per-lead media
  • Increase clients by generating quality leads and measuring the ROI
