Position Overview

As the epi-center of lead generation, the Landing Page/Graphic Designer’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain landing pages for paid search, social and display traffic.  You will support the email automation process by creating branded templates for email response pages. The Landing Page/Graphic Designer will ensure that tracking is properly setup for pages and pop-ups to measure the results and deliver leads to the appropriate email(s) or database.  All pages will be blocked from spiders.  This role will ensure design and quality are implemented per brand guidelines provided by each client.  You will work collaboratively with other digital marketing media specialists, focusing on quality work, highly converting pages and timely delivery.

What You Offer
  • College Degree in Graphic Design or technical/quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Unbounce web design and UX.
  • An understanding of digital marketing best practices and an ability to advise on them when necessary.
  • Personal portfolio demonstrating attention to detail: avoiding grammatical and spelling errors, alignments, case consistency.
  • Testing and quality control process. An ideal candidate will not submit a page without first testing it against a list of criteria.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills – proper grammar, attention-getting web copyrighting.
  • Understanding of stock photography, copyright law, use and distribution.
  • Must have an interest in cosmetic and elective medical procedures.
What You Will Be Doing

The Landing Page/Graphic Designer will play an important role as a revenue-generator on our Digital Marketing team, managing Unbounce pages for all clients.  This role supports the email automation process as well as the digital marketing product.

Key Functions
  • Oversee landing page lifecycle: design, implementation, quality assurance, launch, monitoring and A/B testing using Unbounce.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members, offering insights, expertise and a strong focus on collaboration.
  • Reduce and “bulletize” copy from clients’ website to clearly and succinctly articulate key points on landing pages.
  • Maintain/improve CRO design layouts based on statistically significant data & analytics. You may choose to leverage software such as HotJar or LuckyOrange.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices relating to landing page, design and conversion.
  • Use tools such as Unbounce, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva to create LP designs and complementary display media ad graphics.
  • Work closely with media specialists and onboarding specialist. Liaise with Technical Marketing Manager on analysis and continuous improvement. Establish a baseline conversion rate and strive to make positive changes.
Technical Competencies

Must be proficient in Unbounce, Google Analytics, Graphic Design Software (Canva or Photoshop).  Use of Asana for project management / communications.
