Your Role in a Nutshell

Reporting to the CEO of BoomerangFX with mentorship from the Director of Business Development, the Inside sales executive support the company’s mission to be the leading provider of SaaS based solutions to the aesthetic medical “medspa” industry worldwide. Our Inside sales representatives are expected to independently research, evaluate and execute a market growth strategy that follows the BFX approach. You’ll have daily actions assigned to measurably build our database of new prospective customers to achieve weekly and monthly client acquisition targets.

 

Scope of Duties

  • Actively manage short sales cycle; ability to conduct independent market research, hit call volumes, demo software, and close deals
  • Independently research, evaluate and execute our market growth strategy
  • Stay up to date with market trends and pain points of med-spas to overcome objections
  • Describe how our BFX suite along with Digital Marketing solution can help solve their problems
  • Utilize consultative selling process to determine client requirements & specific needs
  • Actively call new clients daily while managing and reporting on your own activities & pipeline
  • Take ownership of your assigned territory – divide each market into individual “segments” based on your research and manage key information on your prospects for each segment
  • Work with our Consultants and Marketing team to coordinate and execute a demo with compelling incentives to help close deals
  • Attend monthly seminars throughout the US to professionally represent the company and help generate relationships with potential clients
  • Use creativity to upsell additional products/services to current and new software clients

What You Offer

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS industry
  • Previous experience at a med-spa will also be considered
  • Proven track record of meeting or, even better, exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closure
  • Diligent in maintaining CRM data – HubSpot knowledge an asset
  • Skilled in working with client stakeholders including small-mid-sized business owners
  • Able to present technical products to a non-technical audience, effectively translating technology to business language
  • Comfortable with dealing with physicians and healthcare leaders
  • Experience in nurturing leads, prospecting, and closing sales
  • Ability to legally travel throughout North America is required
