Position Overview

This role will oversee a high-energy team of Sales Executives and Business Consultants. Our Head of Management Consulting will provide both the strategic oversight and hands-on expertise needed to develop business development for our technology coupled with exceptional business consulting services for the aesthetics industry. Our clients include aesthetics medical and cosmetic healthcare clinics across North America, and our team ensures that their clinics have the technology and knowledge to achieve their business goals!


Leadership of the Sales Team:

You will provide strategic planning and long-term goals for the sales team.  Additionally, you will work together with sales professionals to help them close business and thrill our customers. Our Sales Team attends monthly trade shows and conducts both business development & account management activities to grow the bottom line and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.


Leadership of the Business Consulting Team:

You will leverage knowledge of the healthcare clinic space to lead Business Consultants and ensure they provide guidance in all aspects of business: client relations, operations, marketing, and process optimization. The Consulting team works closely with clinics to optimize the value of BoomerangFX technology and to operate their practices with the highest level of efficiency and success.




Business Consulting Leadership Functions:

  • Lead a team of consultants to manage and oversee day-to-day relationship management of existing clients. Ensure that Consultants act in the best interest of the client to increase their revenues and minimize their costs by utilizing the BoomerangFX software to its full potential.
  • Lead Consultants to assist Sales in closing the opportunity by presenting or analyzing business needs in sales discussions.
  • Provide value consulting to our high value medical practice clients.
  • Provide coaching and consulting to business consultants on how they can help our clients in developing digital strategies to grow revenue using a variety of tools from eLearning and Digital Marketing tools.
  • Direct and manage high value clients and be the main point of contact ensuring that they maximize from our practice management suite
  • As part of the leadership team, provide reports, recommendations, and strategies for enhancement of the business consulting practice. Oversee development of new practice management consulting services, seminars, and publications.



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Recognized consulting firm.
  • Post-secondary education specializing in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong consultative sales approach
  • Experience in leading, coaching and consulting in a professional environment (Financial, accounting, management consulting or software consulting)
  • Ability to engage and maintain relations with our Medical Practice clients and SME clients.
  • Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing tools along with Business Analytics.
  • Proven experience in understanding financial metrics and business metrics, making use of KPI, and translating them into actionable strategy for clients.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to manage, grow and scale a team of minimum 5-20 consultants across multiple markets within North America.
  • Candidates must possess the maturity and professionalism needed to sit at the leadership table and interact with the Board.
  • Be able to travel to workshops throughout the United States and develop relationships with related companies

· At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or as a Functional Consultant within a configurable software vendor environment, Or, working on the client side implementing practice management software projects as a clinic practice manager or Business Consultant

· Exposure to small business consulting, technology consulting, or healthcare practice management considered an asset

· Education and training in business

· Nice to have: Broad experience in all aspects of health clinic practice management (billing/collections, scheduling, accounts receivable/payable, employee supervision and training, patient relations, medical office procedures, financial analysis, and marketing)

· knowledge of current dynamics of non-insured health care industry
