Your Role in a Nutshell

Our Director of Digital Marketing will work closely with our CEO and senior leadership team to provide leadership to the BoomerangFX Grow division (B2C) along with our Digital Marketing (B2B) department. You will lead a dynamic team consisting of Google Ads specialists, Landing Page Designers and Account Managers. You are expected deliver high impact digital advertising for our clients to attract high quality and consistent patient leads at the lowest possible cost per lead. Another aspect of your role, you will oversee our digital marketing and communications department to lead all marketing and demand generation efforts. You will plan and execute strategy development for corporate expansion and growth. This is an opportunity to have a high-level impact on our success and direction of our company. Scope of Duties

  • Manage the digital marketing team to drive a sustainable revenue channel for the organization
  • Manage the flow of leads from the top of funnel to patient revenue generation, identifying and mitigating any gaps
  • Maintain an eye on lowest CPL (Cost Per Lead) and maximum lead generation for digital marketing clients
  • Monitor and analyze live Google/FB ad campaigns for clients and recommend areas that need attention for improvement and areas of opportunity
  • Communicate to campaign managers both internal and external
  • Be willing to help modify landing page assets and ad placements for continuous improvement and communicate the need for changes and results with teams
  • Identify, track, and recommend future digital marketing features as the industry changes or client requests are made
  • Prioritize features by what will make clients most willing to stay with BFX longer while increasing their profitability
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s)
  • Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on your insight
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points to optimizes users funnels
  • Help develop your team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities

What You Offer

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
  • Solid understanding of FB Ads, Google Ads, Display Ads, Landing Pages & SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Excellent understanding on lead generation, KPI’s, business metrics and translating them into strategies for the team
  • Strong managerial skills and experience with developing a team
  • Strong editing skills and ability to handle press releases, PR content and brand campaigns
  • Ability to analyzing sales statistics and use them to report on the success of marketing campaigns
  • Understand and communicate P&L impacts to CEO
  • Strong communication and organizations skills
