Director of Marketing

The right candidate will assign the priorities for marketing staff, reward initiative and creativity, identify capability gaps in the resources and projected resources needed to hire on time. They will interview and hire new employees to meet the needs of the organization. They will manage and nurture the professional growth of employees and maintain a pulse on the client’s satisfaction with employees, the results and the campaigns to ensure success.  The manager will promote brand growth and brand compliance in all external materials and communicate how the brand is translated by quality customer service.

The Director will interface with other management, development teams, operations, landing page designers, graphic designers, brand specialists and ad agencies.  He/she will be a day-to-day manager to effectively track and share experiential knowledge of successful ad campaigns, tracking functionality, email marketing initiatives, profit-generating ideas, as well as being a knowledgeable resource for the organization on digital marketing industry trends.

The Digital Marketing Director will coordinate a team of internal and external entrepreneurial-minded marketers to drive requirements for B2C digital marketing revenue-generating product “Grow” as well the B2B advertising and branding of BoomerangFX.

BoomerangFX’s software is a state of the art, SaaS tool that couples healthcare-focused digital marketing with an intuitive practice management tool.  Given the need for experienced lead generation, the marketing team will upsell software clients to use Boomerang’s digital marketing “Grow” team and drive new recurring revenue streams through a variety of products outlined, and create new products as time and resources are identified.

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Manage the digital marketing team to drive a sustainable revenue channel for the organization.
  • Manage the flow of leads from top of funnel to patient revenue generation, identifying and mitigating any gaps.
  • Oversee the brand campaign for enterprise-level client(s) and BoomerangFX.
  • Maintain an eye on lowest CPL and maximum lead generation for digital marketing clients.
  • Assist with the discovery process for the 3.0 project development.
  • Drive the vision of integrated marketing by understanding and communicating the clients’ needs.
  • Define and maintain accurate reporting for Digital Marketing team within BFX 2.0 and 3.0 and metrics for internal client managers to deliver.
  • Monitor and analyze live Google/FB ad campaigns for clients and recommend areas needing attention for improvement and areas of opportunity.  Communicate to campaign managers both internal and external.
  • Be willing to help modify landing page assets and ad placements for continuous improvement and communicate the need for changes and results with teams.
  • Communicate ideas, needs and concerns with executives and gain understanding and approval to drive change.
  • Be familiar with the products of the clients in our vertical market(s), and their use of digital marketing solutions to drive leads and support branding objectives.
  • Be responsive to client questions/concerns escalated to you by customer support or clients.
  • Identify, track and recommend future digital marketing features as the industry changes or client requests are made.
  • Prioritize features by what will make clients most willing to stay with BFX longer while increasing their profitability.

EDUCATION

  • Minimum 4-year degree in Marketing, or equivalent.
